Membership FAQs

We’re here to make caring for your smile as simple as possible. Here are answers to some common questions about our Membership Plan.

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting BRIGHT Dentistry.
You will receive a full refund of membership fees paid to Clerri if:

  • your cancellation request is received within the first 30 days of your current annual contract term, and
    no discounted dental services have been provided during the current membership term.

If you miss a scheduled appointment, please contact our office as soon as possible to reschedule. Any missed appointment fees or cancellation policies are handled according to BRIGHT Dentistry’s office policies.

Membership plans are offered directly through BRIGHT Dentistry and are non-transferable. If you have questions, our team is happy to help.

Yes! Family members can be added through your Patient Portal by selecting the membership plan that best fits each person’s needs.

Your benefits begin immediately after you enroll. Your membership is active for 12 months from your enrollment date, so you can start taking advantage of your included preventive care and member savings right away.

No. The BRIGHT Dentistry Membership Plan is not dental insurance. It’s an in-house membership program designed to make preventive care more affordable while providing exclusive savings on additional treatment completed at our practice.
